Things like watching my son dance around with utter abandon when he wriggled out from under my mother's grasp when she removed his diaper. Stark naked and full of joy - running and laughing. Our next door neighbor lets her son run naked in their back yard - he is 17 months old - and he is a joy to behold! Kids lose their spontanteity so quickly it seems - peers tease them,adults are embarassed to see them "out of control" - it seems to me that we should make every effort to let kids be kids as long as possible.
