		<description>Whether or not one believes in positive energy in a spiritual sense, positive thinking is good for a healthy chemical balance.  Thinking "happy" thoughts within reason
(I'm not going envision myself as an astronaut because I'm afraid of heights, no matter how cool I think it would be to go into space) usually lifts my mood.  It may sound simplistic to just decide to be happy
for a period of time during the day
but not everything has to be complex and overwhelming in this usually intricate and involved world. So, I am going to make an effort to be more positive especially when I find myself slipping into complaining mode. I think I am beginning to sound like Mary Poppins now. Really though, thanks for reminding me Marisa.</description>
