Fork You: Brine! Fire! Turkey!

This month Fork You does Thanksgiving! In this first episode, we brine, smoke and devour a 12-pound turkey. Let me tell you, it was delicious. If you’re looking for a brine recipe, here’s the one we used.

  • Great idea re the ziplock bag, I still haven’t brined a turkey for the very reason you mention: no pot big enough.

    This is quite fun, it’s fun to see ‘Max’ make you laugh. And he’s got a certain Christopher Kimball aura, too.
