It is NOT one of the tear-downs. And it's amazing! Marble first floor with a huge parlor window with leaded glass; and Roman Brick with reasonably complex patterns on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Awesome. I almost bought a condo across the street from 1738 Green St! That's a block full of beautiful buildings. I'm going to check out that specific address to see what it looks like. Unfortunately, I suspect that's one of several buildings that was knocked down and replaced with new row houses several years ago... That’s crazy.
