I see cast iron.
Interesting way of cooking… is that a cookie sheet?

You do, in fact, see cast iron. That’s one of my favorite pans.
That’s my very well-seasoned griddle on the stove, not a cookie sheet. However, the hand is just a loop of metal, so it’s hard to see in that shot.
