I organized a bulk cherry buy for a group of food preservers and we picked up our goodies this morning at the Rittenhouse Square Farmers’ Market. Of course, I participated too and brought home a flat of cherries (half sweet and half sour). I’ve eaten most of a quart of sweet cherries all on my own today. I adore cherry season.
The map is one that belonged to my paternal grandfather. I found it in a box last night and am in love with it.
