The next two months are going to be chock full of Fork You. In this latest installment we got schooled in the art of making coffee by Erica Hess, the coffee educator from Peet’s Coffee. She gave us a taste of one of the world’s most expensive coffees and showed Scott the proper way to plunge. Somehow I didn’t say much in this episode, I must have just been transfixed by the excellent coffee.
I hope that this coffee is better than the cr@p that is served at Starbucks. I was actually just thinking this AM about how I have never had a decent cup of coffee in this country, but cannot get enough of it while travelling through Europe. Perhaps Peet’s has the answer?
