Early this morning, I got a text message from Cindy, one of my dearest friends. She happened to be in Wilmington, DE for work and wanted to know if I could drive down and have dinner. We met at a Mexican restaurant had two wonderful hours of catching up.

Tenaya and I taught our first food blogging workshop earlier today. We had six terrific students in attendance and spent three really fun hours talking blogging, writing and enjoying an array of snacks.

Breakfast. Yogurt, runny strawberry preserves and a slightly stale millet muffin, crumbled. It was the most satisfying part of my day. I spent the remainder of my waking hours trying to organize myself and shake an inexplicable feeling of anxiety.
