Back at Linvilla for a second day in a row. This time, for their annual apple fest. I demonstrated how to make a batch of honey lemon apple jam and was nearly swarmed by bees who wanted access to anything sweet.
It was a two class day. The first was at Cook (a gorgeous new space on 20th Street) and the second was at Wedge + Fig. By the time I was done, my brain was well and truly toast.
